Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales, Lead Generator to join our sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in sales and make a significant impact. You will play a crucial role in generating leads and building relationships with potential clients. Training will be provided to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients using provided leads.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
• Develop a deep understanding of our services and the Affordable Care Act program.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Leads can be achieved through business to business services or retail events

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
